We overestimated interest in last season's friendly games and lost a fair amount on the transport. So for the games coming up you must let us know well in advance if you are going so we can book an appropriate bus. Please get in touch with Ian Walker (Blakey) by next weekend to book a seat. He asked me to put his telephone number on here but I thought better of it. Ring Smike or Beat or Hose A and we’ll supply you with Ian’s number….
You can also Ian about his cunning plan to have the bus pick-up outside the ground this season - where it drops-off. (In the words of Colin Milburn “It’ll never work, it’ll never work…..”)
Tickets for the games are fairly cheap: £15 adults, £5 concessions.
But there’s also a good deal available if you are taking bairns: £30 for two adults and two juniors. Or, if you buy tickets for both games, the cost is £50.
Alternatively, if you buy a new away shirt in the Club shop you get a free Valencia ticket.
